Chapter Chapter 17 in Multi-Criteria Decision Making with Partial Preference Information, 2026, pp 381-396 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents a procedure that enables readers to replicate the resolution of any problem previously solved with any MCDM/A method with complete preference information, based on the additive model. The use of this procedure is illustrated with two cases in order to show how to use it. Replicating how to resolve the problem is achieved by using the FITradeoff method, thus using partial preference information. Therefore, by replicating any previous application, the reader can compare the two decision processes. One of these differences concerns the amount of information to be obtained from the DM. These cases can be easily hands-on replicated by readers wishing to make this comparison.
