Chapter Chapter 17 in Scheduling with Time-Changing Effects and Rate-Modifying Activities, 2017, pp 361-383 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we discuss single machine scheduling problems with time-dependent deterioration effects and rate-modifying maintenance activities. The structure of this chapter is similar to that of Chap. 16 .
