Chapter Chapter 2 in Fundamental Theories of Mega Infrastructure Construction Management, 2018, pp 13-44 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Construction management activities are critical and indispensable parts of entity-creating construction activities. Mega infrastructure construction management activities, similar to mega entity-creating construction activities, are faced with various new phenomena, new problems, and new rules, all of which require people to expand their thinking and develop new cognitions.
