Abstract: Abstract Beginning with the practice of mega infrastructure construction management activities, this chapter proposes certain basic concepts within the system of the theory. The thinking principles and cognitive depth of researchers with respect to management theory are reflected in the concepts they propose and the logic relations among those concepts.
