Abstract: Abstract Healthcare management (HCM) is the profession providing control and guidance to health service providers. Numerous quantitative and qualitative techniques including operations research (OR) techniques, statistical analyses, multi-criteria decision making techniques, etc. have been applied to healthcare problems. This chapter summarizes these techniques using a classification and presents graphical analyses of the survey results.
