Abstract:
Abstract Pension plans provide an important source of retirement income for employees and their families. Pension fund managers operate in a different environment compared to other investment funds since they are subject to strict regulatory and corporate supervision as well as a different taxation system in most countries. financial ratio analysis does not consider the influence of different variables on various performance measures. This work also compares Mutual fund management efficiency with Pension Funds managers.
