Chapter Chapter 9 in Outline of Complex Systems Management Theory— Based on Irreversibility of Reductionism Thinking, 2024, pp 163-224 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In academic research, it is common to refer to “scientific problems” rather than “scientific issues.” Why is it not called “scientific problems in complex systems management” but “scientific issues of complex systems management” here? Firstly, this is because “problem” and “issue” are not the same concept.
