Chapter 6 in Knowledge Management and Sustainable Value Creation, 2023, pp 317-319 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This research has been driven by one central question: how can organizations produce sustainable and responsible outcomes by instrumentalizing the concept of needs? To seek an answer to this question, I have initiated a “dialogue between theory and practice.” Both the current academic debate and recent calls from practice fueled the engagement with management practitioners of for-profit and non-profit organizations in Central Europe, providing complementary data to existing empirical accounts.
