Chapter 2 in Organizations and Knowledge Management, 2025, pp 31-57 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter analyzes how organizations encounter intricate challenges that impact their long-term survival. Complexed scenarios are marked by ambiguity and a deficiency of understanding and clarity. By expressing information and generating knowledge, organizations can tackle complexity, thereby enhancing their potential for sustainability. Information is expressed through organized approaches to inquiry, and within the field of systems, there has been considerable research into techniques that generate information.
