Abstract: Abstract The twenty-first century is supposed to be the one for Integration, enabling adaptation and connecting with these multiple new societies, the large human groups. The mobility of researchers and fluidity of exchanges are also essential vectors in the transfers of technologies, which promote the return of the entrepreneurship…a cultural melting pot leading to a new rise in the splitting of innovation. In this respect, it is important to emphasize the need for coherence between the models of institutional organisation, the chosen socio-cultural order and the approaches in the field of sciences, culture and performance sports.
