A chapter in Advances in Artificial Economics, 2015, pp 169-179 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In recent years, shadow economy has being growing in many countries. This fact took governments to design and implement new policies to fight it. However, these policies continue to be unsuccessful where shadow economy is carried out by individuals from all levels of income. It acts as an opportunity to individuals become richer than they would be by following the rules of official economy. Literature has placed its focus on the resources shifted from official to unofficial economy. This article launches the discussion about the reverse flow and the distribution of wealth in society.
