A chapter in Exploring Digital Ecosystems, 2020, pp 1-7 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This book collects some of the best contributions presented at the XV Conference of the Italian Chapter of AIS (ItAIS) which was held at the University of Pavia, Italy, in October 2018. ItAIS is an important community of reference for scholars and researchers involved in the Information Systems domain. The participants of the itAIS conferences include national and international researchers interested in exchanging ideas and discussing the most important trends in the IS discipline. The contributions included in this volume cover a wide variety of topics related to how people, communities, and organizations address the digital age, with a specific focus on digital ecosystems.
