Abstract: Abstract The paper considers the possibilities for using digital technologies in talent management, presents approaches to defining the concept of talent management, and substantiates the relevance of the subject under study. The authors identify and discuss the main activities in the area of talent management. In the present research, the methods of human resource management associated with the development of digital technologies are specified: robotization, digitalization, systematization of enterprise resource planning, and neuro tools.
