Abstract: Abstract The aim of the study is to study the implementation of digital technologies in the activities of domestic retail companies. Abstract-logical and statistical methods were implemented. To describe trends in indicators, absolute change, relative change and graphic approach were used. Analyzed theoretical approaches to the terminological understanding of digital technologies in retail. The article identifies the problems of traditional retail, examines the main trends in the development of digital Russian retail, which improve service and increase sales through the use of digital technologies. Using specific examples from the business practice of trading companies, the advantages of modern digital technologies are presented, the prospects and scope of their further development are identified.
