A chapter in Digital Transformation in Industry, 2023, pp 207-218 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The article aims to substantiate the approach to creating a Digital Twin Prototype for managing the reliability of value chains followed by the development of a technical specification for creating a Digital Twin for Chain Management. The research methods of classification, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction are used. Among the tools applied are binary matrices based on qualitative attributes and dichotomies of objects and components of Chain Management. The article justifies the enlarged structure of the Digital Twin Prototype of Chain Management, clarifies the classification of reliability of chain objects and components, discusses the content of the criterion “reliability” of the management chain “consumer—focus enterprise—supplier”, defines variants for reliability indicators of Value Chain Management, and establishes the criteria for the value of consumers for assessing its reliability.
