Abstract: Abstract Digital transformation has significantly reshaped human interactions and business operations, leading to changes in social structures, norms, values, and behaviors within institutions. This paper examines the intersection of societal change and digital transformation through the lens of change management, focusing on three key issues: utilizing established theories to guide digital transformation, modifying institutional arrangements, and exploring the complex relationship between technology and societal change. The study employs a conceptual framework to analyze the impact of institutional logic and culture on digital transformation. It provides both theoretical and practical insights, enhancing the understanding of the interplay between technological and institutional changes. The paper also offers strategies for effective change management, equipping organizations to navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities of digital transformation.
