Abstract: Abstract Educational startups play a key role in the digital transformation of the Moroccan education sector, particularly in times of crisis. In this context, educational technologies (EdTech) appear as strategic levers promoting their resilience in response to economic, health, and social disruptions. This study examines the impact of the integration of EdTech in the learning processes of startups on their ability to innovate, adapt, and ensure the continuity of their activities in times of crisis. Our objective is to propose a conceptual research model, based on a quantitative approach, mobilizing structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the complex relationships between the adoption of EdTech and organizational resilience. The literature review highlights the growing importance of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in improving learning processes. However, studies on the direct influence of EdTech on the resilience of educational startups remain limited. To fill this gap, we formulated four hypotheses exploring the links between EdTech adoption, alignment with institutional programs, and the resilience of educational startups. The results will indicate whether EdTech adoption is significantly associated with organizational resilience. In terms of perspectives, this research paves the way for further studies on other factors influencing learning in times of crisis and the development of Education 4.0. Furthermore, future research could benefit from a mixed approach combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, to enrich the understanding of the value of investments in educational technologies and institutional collaborations.
