Abstract:
Abstract With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of the globalization process, the strategy of energy-based enterprises in the new era is not static. Instead, it is necessary to take corresponding measures based on the evaluation of the strategy implementation to ensure the final implementation result. This article takes the development strategy of an electric power company as the research object, constructs a corporate strategy implementation evaluation framework, combines corporate strategy management levels, determines the goals and principles of corporate strategy evaluation, and analyzes the key links and evaluation levels of corporate strategy implementation; Construct a corporate strategy evaluation model, study the evaluation index system of corporate strategy execution, propose corporate evaluation methods and evaluation standards, and form a complete corporate strategy evaluation technology.
