Abstract:
Abstract The talents of high-level sophisticated industry are new driving force for developing high-level sophisticated industry to solve the vital issues of scientific research, cutting-edge technology, and others. Based on the investigation of the talent development status of state-owned enterprises in Beijing, this paper deeply elucidates the challenges of talent development of high-level sophisticated industry at the present stage. Then, we further put forward the “2025 digital empowerment plan” as the guidance to break the existing talent training dilemma and boundary, and set up the collaborative training mode based on government, industry, learning, research and application. We believe that our results and views can boost the improvement of high-level sophisticated industry of Beijing and break through some “bottlenecks” issues, as well as achieve the development of innovation.
