Research on the Correlation Between Construction Waste Output and GDP: A Case Study of Chongqing

Abstract: Abstract In order to further improve the prediction accuracy of construction waste output, it is of great significance to study the correlation between construction waste output and GDP. This paper first uses the unit area method to estimate the output of construction waste in Chongqing from 2001 to 2020, and then analyzes the growth trend of GDP and construction waste by mathematical method. The results show that there is a linear relationship between GDP and the output of construction waste, and the output of urban construction waste can be calculated by GDP.
