Abstract:
Abstract To address the problem of long waiting time during the turnaround operation of the iron ladle in the blast furnace (BF)- basic oxygen furnace (BOF) section of Tangsteel New Area. Establish queuing network model based on queuing theory knowledge to study. Construct a two-dimensional Markov process and apply the method of equilibrium equation to solve the steady-state distribution of the ladle queuing system in Tangsteel New Area, and obtain the performance index of the system. The actual manufacturing process logistics and scheduling in Tangsteel New Area is analyzed by experimental calculation. The results show that the optimization of iron ladle turnover quantity provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of logistics in Tangsteel New Area.
