Abstract: Abstract China's community-based aged care services are under immense pressure due to an aging population. Increasing the capacity of community aged care services is helpful for preserving older citizens’ lives and fostering steady societal advancement. Many academics have studied how to enhance the supply chain for elderly care services because China's community care sector is still in its infancy. However, there is a gap in the research on improving the supply chain and ultimately the improve the elderly services by enhancing the satisfaction from the elder. Therefore, in order to fill this gap, this paper looks at elderly satisfaction. This paper uses community D in Beijing as the research object and uses the kano model and AHP analysis to identify optimum service indicators to improve the service supply chain and enhance service capacity in community D through improving the service supply chain. This article provides a new way for improving the capacity of community elderly care services by optimizing the service supply chain in terms of enhancing the satisfaction of the elderly.
