Abstract: Abstract This paper contrasts two extensions of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) under constant returns to scale (CRS) assumption for benchmarking service productivity in logistics. The applicability of an additive and a multiplicative Integrated CCR model is evaluated by means of an application.
