Abstract: Abstract This paper proposes a procedure and a computational tool for helping the decision-making process regarding the water supply for beneficiaries in regions affected by drought, considering the transport and routing of water distribution. The proposed procedure was applied to a real case scenario in the Brazilian semi-arid region.
