Abstract: Abstract This work focuses on the development of a methodology to support the planning of aggregated production within a roasted coffee industrializing company. The methodology involves optimization techniques and computational tools for the assigning of lots to roasting lines while minimizing total costs and fulfilling the specifications of the process.
