Abstract: Abstract Resilience in adults is the ability to cope with severe adversity. The judgment of individuals is affected by the presence of risk. The human factor in project risk management needs to be considered in terms of the effectiveness of the processes involved. This article presents the ERS scale for resilience in adults.
