Abstract: Abstract This work aims to identify the factors that determine the satisfaction of higher education students in Brazilian Federal Institutes of Education, Science, and Technology. A structural equations model with partial least squares was applied, and it can be inferred that the convergence of the model and structural results are satisfactory.
