Abstract: Abstract This study consist a specific case study of the Skyros Half-Marathon in 2018, which defined as a small-scale sport event, taking into consideration that there have been less previous empirical evidences for spectators’ attending small-scale sport events in Greece. Hence, this survey aims to contribute by presenting further empirical evidence and develop an overarching framework in order (a) to recognize the satisfaction factors of small-scale sport event spectators’ and (b) to explore the factors that influence spectators’ attitudes to re-visit the sport event’s destination and attend the same small-scale sport event. The results of this work provide practitioners with valuable information to assist them understand the heterogeneity of sport crowds’ attitudes and behaviors and its patterns become important for the implementation of a strategic plan, which can be considered by the organizing committee of such sport events, individuals and local authorization organizations, in order to increase the number of potential sport tourists, both participants-athletes and spectators-visitors.
