Abstract:
Abstract This article explores how banks can best manage their real estate portfolios. A bibliographic review highlights the emergence of business ecosystems, as a new strategic approach that banks may need to follow in order to succeed in these activities. To highlight its practical implications, this approach is assessed in the context of a financial institution in Greece.
