Abstract:
Abstract Most technology enterprises, including Internet Finance, keep exploring new markets and new businesses. Capital subsidies and resource investment lead to partial business losses or long-term unprofitability, which may lead to the occurrence of risks under extreme circumstances. To this end, we propose a risk range indicator (RFR) and compare the risks of 14 representative companies. This model combines extreme risk value with slope. The combination method is simple and effective. The experimental results describe the process of risk increase and decrease and the turning point. Furthermore, the risk volatility of Internet finance is greater than that of other technology companies.
