Abstract:
Abstract This research focused on establishing the relationship between entrepreneurship education and business growth. Young entrepreneurs in a Greek township of Kozani were engaged to establish whether skills acquired through entrepreneurship education are essential in driving business growth. A self-administered questionnaire was utilized to collect data from a sample of 150 young entrepreneurs. Results confirmed that entrepreneurship education equips the youth with necessary skills to innovative new business ideas and achieve desired business growth. The results further revealed entrepreneurship education doubles is a viable method for the growth of competent entrepreneurs in different countries across the world. The study recommended that townships should consider having a more personalized training and development plan strategy to enhance entrepreneurship education in Greece thereby achieving business growth for different startups.
