Abstract: Abstract This chapter aims to present the history of role-play simulation (RPS), its application to the design of an integrated management system, and show the survey results using IMS-RPS to improve the existing course. The target group discussion methodology was used based on interviews conducted via the Internet during the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of the group discussion was to innovate the quality management system master course curriculum at the Technical University of Košice (TUKE). The learning outcomes for the study were selected by a team of experts involved in the KEGA 018TUKE-4/2022 and VEGA 1/0633/20 projects. We tested a new approach to education during a pandemic on a sample of master’s students using the innovated RPS virtual environment, smart glasses, and WebEx team collaboration tool using Verbal Feedback method. The results contributed to learning, knowledge creation, and knowledge transfer. The limitation of the study is the complexity of the organization’s environment and the measurability of achieved real improvement as well as possible empirical verification of the results.
