A chapter in Challenges and Solutions in the Digital Economy and Finance, 2022, pp 377-386 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This article is a review of the world labor market and its’ influence on economic security of every state. The authors provide the main points of view regarding economic security concept. It is also obvious that the importance in the study of the digital transformation of the Russian financial market is the analysis of the risks associated with this process. Among the main risks are structural changes in the labor market (due to the coronavirus pandemic). The global labor market is subject to changes related to the consequences of the global coronavirus pandemic, the risks of the digital transformation of the financial market, and the fall of the global financial market. This fact has a special impact on the economic security of the state and is a threat, challenge and vulnerability to independence and stability. This is confirmed by the increased unemployment rate in Europe, geopolitical tensions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the decline in world trade in goods and services in 2020–2021. Thus, the purpose of the work is to study the mutual influence of the labor market and the economic security of the state.
