A chapter in Digital Management in Covid-19 Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Times, 2023, pp 13-18 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The corona crisis so far has had among many other things an enormous impact on consumer behaviour and corporate responsibility alike. Consumers were especially affected by the crisis as stationary shops were closed during long times of a national lockdown and during these phases online shopping became the norm. Although this trend has definitely started many years before COVID-19 the pandemic has clearly reinforced certain developments.
