Abstract:
Abstract The article provides information about advantages of green buildings and smart houses and shows opinions of researchers from various countries on this matter. It reviews outcomes of surveys conducted by various companies in several countries with regards to pros and cons of green buildings and smart house technologies. Hotels are considered theoretically with respect to components of non-standard green buildings, extraordinary buildings, and smart houses as well as in terms of construction, upgrading and maintenance costs of such buildings and the possibility of their recoupment.
