Abstract:
Abstract The article discusses the definitions of the concept of “quality” and factors which influence on consumer behavior, product quality. The article discusses also standardization organizations in different countries. Japan and China are given as examples. This article uses the method of analysis, as well as methods of comparison, generalization and an integrated approach, multilevel analysis. The purpose of the study is to develop and justify the author’s model of quality management in three blocks, i.e. from the side of the state, enterprise and consumer and how they are interconnected. The practical significance of the study may lie in the fact that its results can be applied in the educational process of the university.
