A chapter in State of the Art in Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), 2023, pp 557-588 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Sustainability between humanitarian organisations and business logistics companies is of critical importance to the success of their operations in Eastern and Southern African (ESA) countries. In this chapter, technology of diffusion and adoption theories are employed to ascertain the propensity of executives to use, diffuse and adopt humanitarian logistics digital business ecosystem for their future operation. Using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), essential factors and indicators are identified. The important–performance measurement analysis (IPMA) is also employed to aid managers on factors to improve. Implications, limitations and future research direction are also proposed.
