Abstract:
Abstract Ports are still conducting a big part of the port administration release cargo process paper-based, which increases the lead time and decreases the customer service experience. Authors research prior work in the container port industry, analysing the current business process through VSM related to import procedures at containers port terminal and proposing an optimized VSM model.
