Abstract:
Abstract On June 13, 2023, the Parliament of Georgia adopted the Law on E-commerce. With the adoption of this law, in my opinion, two of the most important issues were laid—Georgia was placed in the legislative framework of the e-commerce market for the first time, and a new subfield of technology law was born in the Georgian law—e-commerce law.
