Abstract:
Abstract As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to permeate numerous sectors of society, its implications extend beyond technical advancements to profound impacts on human behavior, cognition, and organizational processes. Emotional Intelligence, a critical aspect of human interaction and decision-making, plays a pivotal role in shaping individual and collective responses to AI-driven innovations. Concurrently, Knowledge Management practices, essential for organizational learning and adaptation, are being transformed by AI-enabled technologies. This paper endeavors to construct a comprehensive conceptual framework elucidating the intricate interplay among Artificial Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Knowledge Management. Drawing upon interdisciplinary insights from psychology, cognitive science, information systems, and management, this framework aims to provide a nuanced understanding of how AI influences emotional intelligence and, subsequently, knowledge management processes. By synthesizing theoretical perspectives and empirical evidence, this paper offers valuable insights for both scholars and professionals seeking to navigate the evolving landscape of AI-driven knowledge ecosystems. Through an interdisciplinary lens, this framework not only enriches theoretical discourse but also informs practical strategies for harnessing AI's potential while preserving and enhancing emotional intelligence and knowledge management practices.
