A chapter in Digital Management and Artificial Intelligence, 2025, pp 48-68 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Due to the ongoing development of network threats, preventing threats has become a top priority for all sectors within the industry. The text examines network threats using a cybersecurity tool that incorporates network forensic models to enhance the mitigation of network threats. Moreover, it explores various facets of network forensics and tackles distinct categories of network vulnerabilities by proficiently analyzing a specific threat with the assistance of the cybersecurity tool. The study examines the methods by which network threats can infiltrate the system and how network forensics models integrate appropriate tools for analyzing these threats. It aims to guide the user in choosing the most suitable tool for analyzing threats using the network forensics model. The study aims to systematically review and evaluate network forensics principles, methods, and cybersecurity applications. Also it aims to find and analyze network threats from different researchers, focusing on discovering new attack patterns, standard methods, and implications for network security. With this it would be easy to identify and investigate network threats using a network forensic tool and to recommend solutions to prevent future threats. Additionally, the suggested study improves cybersecurity, reduces network-based threats, and boosts resilience. It provides insights into network forensics, investigates emerging threats, analyses threats with forensic tools, and suggests proactive measures to improve cybersecurity. It aids organizations in securing their digital assets and navigates cyber threats. By analyzing network risks with network forensic tools, researchers can find novel attack pathways, evaluate detection methods, and develop cyber defenses. With this study's expertise, people and organizations can establish and implement more robust security protocols and network designs, enhancing cybersecurity. This study illuminates the shifting threat landscape and develops forensic methods to increase cyber defenses and reduce cyberattacks on our digital infrastructure.
