Abstract: Abstract Actually the world aging population poses serious challenges to healthcare systems. They must change to meet the increasing need for chronic illness treatment and long-term care. This study looks at how telemedicine, wearable technology, artificial intelligence, and assist robots are changing the healthcare industry for the elderly. Through a review of recent publications and case studies, this article investigates how these technologies can enhance accessibility, personalization, and service efficiency in the provision of healthcare. It also covers implementation challenges, including moral, economical, and legal dilemmas, and provides suggestions for maximizing the benefits of these technologies in the medical industry The aim is to explore the potential integration of these advancements into healthcare systems to provide longer-lasting and more efficient treatment to populations experiencing demographic shifts. The aim is to investigate how these advancements could be integrated into healthcare systems to provide communities going through demographic transition with more effective and long-lasting care.
