Abstract:
Abstract As a result of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, not only the way businesses operate has been transformed, but AI is fundamentally changing the world. Changes in the information technology sector are the subject of research in this study. Through this study, we attempt to explore the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace in North Macedonia as far as the IT sector is concerned. In addition to the literature review, this study is also based on survey reports conducted by it.mk for IT professionals. This research primarily examines the main areas where AI finds application, the impact that AI has on labor productivity and employees' perceptions of the benefits that AI brings to their workplace.
