Abstract:
Abstract This study explores and experiments with the development of a social robot as a support tool for the teacher with respect to the learning of communication and socioemotional skills of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The objectives include its evaluation in a school context, being a support tool in an activity dictated by the teacher, to enhance its design through the analysis of this first human-robot interaction. Considering factors such as emotional expression, receptivity and expectations of children. This approach will allow identifying areas of improvement in its functional design, ensuring that the robot adapts to specific needs and facilitates a more effective and enriching interaction in educational environments.
