Abstract:
Abstract The acceptance of holograms in enterprise environments is driven by several factors that influence their adoption and use. This emerging technology, capable of delivering immersive three-dimensional experiences, has great potential to transform key areas such as communication, marketing, and remote collaboration. However, its implementation faces barriers such as high initial costs, resistance to change and lack of technical skills in organizations. Using a quantitative, descriptive, and applied approach, this research analyzes user perceptions of holograms in the business context. Through structured surveys, data were collected from a representative sample of 564 students of the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Vida Nueva, evaluating variables such as perceived usefulness, ease of use and attitude toward this technological innovation. This design allows characterizing the dynamics of technological acceptance in companies and offers a practical vision to address the challenges associated with the integration of holograms. The analysis uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), highlighting how perceptions of usefulness and ease of use impact adoption intention. The results show a favorable attitude toward holograms, especially in organizations with cultures open to change. Based on these findings, recommendations such as technical training, gradual integration strategies and the creation of participatory environments are proposed, ensuring an effective and sustainable implementation of this technology in business environments.
