Abstract: Abstract This study addresses the challenge of adapting agile frameworks to the resource constraints of microenterprises by proposing “Scrum Plus.” The research objective is to define, implement, and evaluate a tailored Scrum Plus model that integrates lightweight service-management principles. Drawing on a theoretical framework combining Scrum adaptations, stakeholder theory, and the LightSME assessment model, we ground the study in both agile and lean management literatures. A mixed-methods design was employed: a systematic review of 925 Scrum-adaptation studies, a survey of self-management practices in SMEs, and focus-group validation of the Scrum Plus framework. Key results include a 25% reduction in logistical delays through 1-week sprints, a 30% gain in task visibility via Kanban-style boards, and increased team satisfaction from role rotation and concise stand-ups. The discussion highlights how Scrum Plus balances agile discipline with pragmatic constraints, emphasizing the need for a dual scorecard of agile KPIs and process‐maturity metrics, and identifies areas for future refinement in regulatory alignment and autonomous decision-making.
