Abstract:
Abstract The paper is presenting a series of examples of ignored history – facts which were overlooked and the humankind who didn’t seem to learn anything. The examples are many: from the eighteenth-century revolutions to the First and Second World Wars and from the economic crisis of 2008–2009 to recent developments in East European countries, particularly in Romania, the people ignore the lessons, and the price paid for this ignorance is huge.
