Abstract:
Abstract The article analyzes and compares the main rating systems of research universities’ performance at the world level. It also suggests a system of relevant criteria designed to conduct strategic analysis and evaluation of a research university’s performance. The criteria allow objectivizing the results of the evaluation while minimizing the level of a subjective component within a set of consolidated results.
