Abstract: Abstract This paper taking Yangtze River Delta as an example, select Shanghai, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province relevant data in 2004–2015; Use SPSS software run principal component analysis to research current situation of financial agglomeration in this three provinces (city); Through the establishment of panel data model, using least squares regression analysis, this paper studies the impact of fiscal expenditure on financial agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta. The study shows that the fiscal expenditure of Yangtze River Delta has a significant positive correlation on financial Agglomeration. Then we put forward some suggestions for improving the status quo.
