Abstract: Abstract High technology industry is the strategic and guiding industry of economic and social development; it is a core symbol of measure economic development level and competitiveness of a country or a region. This paper uses statistic data from 2000 to 2014, results show that High Technology Industry Competitiveness by industry and regional development are uneven from an empirical analysis.
